During Sega’s most recent update livestream for the PSO2 New Genesis, the company officially announced a collaboration between the MMORPG and the V-Tuber groups of Nijisanji and Nijisanji EN! Players will be able to dress up as Kaida Haru, Hakase Fuyuki, Hoshikawa Sara from Nijisanji, and Shu Yamino from Nijisanji EN!
In addition, several new events and a new Urgent Quest were revealed, and more details about the upcoming Creative Space update were also revealed.
▍PSO2 New Genesis x Nijisanji Collab
From February 1 to February 28, the AC Virtual Liver Style Scratch Ticket will be available, where you can get the hairstyle, clothing, and even the voices of the Nijisanji streamers to put on your Avatar!
The Central City hub will also have life-size cutouts of the Vtubers scattered around the map of PSO2 New Genesis, and you can also get their signatures and logos as a free login bonus gift. In addition, at a later date, all of the collaborated Vtubers will be having a special PSO2 NGS stream!
On February 2, Kaida Haru, Hakase Fuyuki, Hoshikawa Sara will be streaming the game, and on February 5, Shu Yamino will also be doing a special NGS stream!
▍ New Urgent Quest: The Battle of Halphia Lake
Starting February 1, a new Urgent Quest will be added to the PSO2 New Genesis’ game rotation. Titled The Battle of Halphia Lake, players will come together face to face against Dark Falz Aegis, and take down the menace once and for all! Similar to other Urgent Quests, it will be available at pre-determined times and you can also use Matchmaking with your party for up to 8 people.
If you manage to clear the quest, you have a chance to get the new Neos Astraea 8★ weapon! Because the weapon type you get is random, you can exchange 5 copies of any weapon for a weapon type of your choice (i.e. if you have five Swords but can’t use them if you’re say, a Braver, you can exchange those for a Bow.)
▍ Limited-time Quest: Drill: Plateau Clean-Up Op
Two Limited-Time Quests where up to 24 players can participate simultaneously will be available from the Quest Counter! The first will open on February 8, while the second on February 15.
Clearing these new quests of PSO2 New Genesis will award players with another new weapon, the Neos Justitean, which can be combined with the previously mentioned Neos Astraea as a multi-weapon!

▍More Details About Creative Space!
The Creative Space feature, which aims to bring back the commonly requested Personal Quarters where players can decorate as they wish will be coming in the Ultra Evolution update in June.
During the broadcast, details about all the different features were revealed, such as the ability to freely resize, rotate and even re-color and combine pieces! You can also save your design as a Blueprint, which allows players to download your design and apply it for themselves! You can also set clones of yourself to make a nice diorama!

From February 22, a new limited-time event where players defeat Dread Enemies with Task Markers will appear!
