Scheduled for release on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on June 2, Street Fighter 6 promises to be a big step forward for the franchise as it celebrates its 35th anniversary this year.
▍World Tour Mode
Street Fighter 6 brings a new chapter to the legendary franchise, introducing a unique single-player story mode, World Tour. Within this immersive experience, players will have the opportunity to interact with all 18 iconic Masters, including fan favorites Chun-Li and Ryu. The journey promises to be as enlightening as it is thrilling, enabling players to explore the open-world areas and discover their own interpretation of strength.
Players will venture through the world of Street Fighter, developing relationships with characters who can teach them new techniques and share unique story episodes. Players can create a unique avatar, mixing and matching fighting styles and special moves according to their preferences, and even compete with players from around the world in Battle Hub mode.
▍Battle Hub
Battle Hub is a mode where players can use their avatars, created in the World Tour, to compete against and interact with players worldwide. Show off the skills you’ve learned from your masters. Additionally, the mode provides a multitude of features, from forming a community and designing matching outfits with members to enjoying Capcom’s arcade games.
▍Fighting Ground
Fighting Ground, in addition to the familiar arcade mode from the Street Fighter series, also offers modes like team battles and ranked matches. To ensure that even those inexperienced in fighting games can feel the thrill of battle, Street Fighter 6 has introduced an operation type where special moves can be easily executed with the push of a button.
