During the special Dai-suki TV broadcast, Square Enix announced that the action RPG Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai will be released on PlayStation 5 and 4, Xbox Series X and S, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store worldwide on September 28, 2023! A new trailer was also revealed showcasing a glimpse of the gameplay.
Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai lets players experience the story of the anime series, The Adventure of Dai. The game has a heavy focus on combat, with locations essentially acting as battle arenas. You’ll also encounter multiple party members from the series along your exploration.
Besides the game’s regular edition, which is available at USD$59.99, there’s also the Digital Deluxe Edition for US$64.99, which includes the full game and the Legendary set of outfits for Dai’s party members!
Furthermore, regardless of whichever version you pre-order, you’ll receive a special Bond Memory and the Legendary Hero special outfit for Dai! Note that the Bond Memory can be obtained through normal gameplay.

▍ Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai Gameplay
In Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai, you play as Dai, a young man raised by monsters, who finds himself on the path to becoming a hero. Joined by a growing group of allies, he fights to protect the world from the sinister Dark Lord Hadlar, and his monstrous army. The story follows the anime from episode 1 all the way to episode 41, but no prior knowledge of the anime is required to enjoy Infinity Strash.
In this game, there are two modes to choose from: Story Mode and Temple of Recollections. In Story Mode, you’ll be exploring areas and taking on dangerous foes in exciting real-time combat that will test both your reflexes and your battle strategy.
But if you like a good challenge, there’s also the Temple of Recollections, which features 100 room combinations in an endless dungeon, where monsters and traps change each time you enter. Hack and slash through hordes of enemies to reach the final floor in this mystery dungeon-esque mode!
