At yesterday’s Paka Live TV Vol. 31 live stream program, Cygames unveiled fresh updates for its mobile game Uma Musume Pretty Derby, including the debut of swimsuit Agnes Tachyon and Silence Suzuka. The updates, set to roll out on July 31, were shared during the live stream, offering insight into new Uma Musume, support gacha, events, and more.
The program teased upcoming content such as new Support Cards, the new training scenario ”Reach for the Stars Project L’Arc”, and the Story Event ”Summer Sun, Blue and Calm” which will start on July 31.
In celebration of the broadcast, trainers were also presented with in-game gifts. The reward included 150 jewels, 20 alarm clocks, 10 mini carrot jellies, and 20 Motivation UP Sweets. These rewards will be distributed from July 31 and are available to all players.

Starting July 31, new Uma Musume and support cards will be introduced to the Pickup Pretty Derby Gacha. The new additions feature [Lunatic Lab] Agnes Tachyon and [Emerald in the Waves] Silence Suzuka.
Additionally, the Pickup Support Card Gacha will feature two new support cards. SSR [Ephemeral View with You] Manhattan Cafe, and SSR [Hot Summer Leap!] Jungle Pocket.

Players can look forward to the new story event “Summer Sun, Blue and Calm” starting July 31 until August 14. The event explores the summer camp at Tracen Academy, with characters Agnes Tachyon and Silence Suzuka taking center stage.
Agnes Tachyon shows an uncharacteristic level of enthusiasm as she seizes the opportunity to learn more about the Uma Musume, while Silence Suzuka grapples with the unfamiliar routine of camp life. A suggestion from Air Groove promises to bring a change in the story.
During the story event, players have the chance to earn the support card SSR [Seaside Bloom] Air Groove.

▍Reach for the Stars Project L’Arc New Training Scenario
A new training scenario, Reach for the Stars Project L’Arc, is planned to be added to the game. Following the key visuals released during the 5th EVENT 1st Performance -WISH- held in July, some information about the songs that can be earned has been unveiled.
This scenario follows those striving for victory at the world’s top race, the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe. It depicts Project L’Arc initiated at Tracen Academy, a journey pursuing dreams and romance. This new training scenario is expected to be added in late August 2023, with more details to be announced later.
The song that players can earn in the new training scenario, L’Arc de Gloire, was partially unveiled with a short version video release.

▍2.5th Anniversary Campaign
The 2.5-anniversary campaign is about to begin, marking two and a half years since the launch of the game. The first wave of this campaign will begin in mid-August, with more specific details to be announced at a later date.
In anticipation of the 2.5th anniversary, the game have revealed two upcoming updates. The first is the addition of a Circle Business Card feature in the game. This feature allows for the creation of business cards for circles that can include information such as the circle’s ranking from the previous month, the number of members, and the circle’s recruitment and activity policies. Only circle leaders will be able to edit these cards, which can then be posted on social media or saved.
The second update is an addition to the lineup in the circle’s Item Request. Besides shoes, it will now be possible to request Winner’s Garlands.

The stage of the next legend race will be the Teio Sho, featuring a 2000m dirt track at Oi Racecourse. The participating Legend Uma Musume for this race will be [Absolute☆LOVE] Smart Falcon and [Yin-Yang Pa kua☆Lucky Costume] Copano Rickey. The Legend Race is scheduled to start on August 9, 2023, at 12:00 PM [JST].

The release of the Solo Vocal Tracks Vol.7 5th Event Arena Tour Go Beyond -GAZE- has been unveiled. Set to release on September 16, this 3-CD set will feature game songs each performed in a solo version by the respective Uma Musume. The set is priced at JPY $5,000.
The first disc includes 11 tracks of “Everlasting BEATS (Game Size)” and 13 tracks of “Gaze on Me! (Game Size)”, all in solo versions. The second disc provides 21 tracks of “Ms. VICTORIA (Game Size)” while the third rounds off the set with 21 tracks of “DRAMATIC JOURNEY (Game Size)”.

In the special upcoming broadcast, the Sokosoko Paka Live TV program will present a retrospective of the 5th EVENT 1st Performance -WISH-. The live program is slated to stream at 19:00 [JST] on August 4.

It has been announced that Uma Musume Pretty Derby will collaborate with Real Escape Game for the special event Escape from the Unwinnable Race. A website for the collaboration was also revealed.
This event is set in a location designed to mirror Tracen Academy, including classrooms, the trainer’s room, and training rooms. The event also features race footage produced specifically for this occasion, promising an engaging experience for Uma Musume fans.
The Real Escape Game x Uma Musume Pretty Derby: Escape from the Unwinnable Race is set to kick off at Tokyo Mystery Circus in Shinjuku on September 7. Subsequent events will be held in Nagoya and Osaka.
The schedule for the Tokyo Mystery Circus in Shinjuku is from September 7 to December 3. Tickets will be available in advance for SCRAP members from July 31 and will go on general sale from August 5.
The event will be held at the Real Escape Game Store in Nagoya from December 7, 2023, to January 8, 2024, and at the Real Escape Game Store in Osaka Shinsaibashi from February 1 to April 7, 2024.

Good Smile Company is making progress on the development of a new 1/7 scale figure Rice Shower – Make up Vampire! The Rice Shower character, dressed in a charming Halloween costume and playfully taking on the role of a vampire, is being rendered in a 3D figurine format. The price of the figure and its pre-order period are yet to be announced. It will measure approximately 230mm.

Preorders for various BoC’z merchandise are now open on the official Uma Musume Pretty Derby store until 14:59 [JST] on August 18. Among the goods, an original cap inspired by BoC’z is now accepting a second round of orders via made-to-order production.
The product lineup includes a collaboration between BoC’z and NEW ERA, offering two models of official caps. The BoC’z x NEW ERA official 9TWENTY model cap is priced at JPY $6,800 and the BoC’z x NEW ERA official 9FIFTY model cap is priced at JPY $8,800. These caps are set to be shipped around the end of February 2024.

Pre-orders are now being accepted for exclusive merchandise from the upcoming Pop Up Store in Marui, themed around “Nuigurumi to Issho” original illustrations series.
