Wright Flyer Studios celebrates the fourth anniversary of their hit mobile side-scrolling RPG Shoumetsu Toshi (消滅都市), also called The Other Side of Love, with new exciting projects. Two new games are now in the making, and a TV anime series is also on the way!
▍Shin Shoumetsu Toshi Project
The new project is a mysterious 3D title made using Unreal Engine. Featuring both iconic heroes – Yuki (CV: Kana Hanazawa) and Takuya (CV: Sugita Tomokazu), it is a very story-oriented game that focuses on creating a “drama experience”.
There is not much concrete detail available now.
Shin Shoumetsu Toshi Project
▍Drama RPG MIX
Another new title is Drama RPG Mix (ドラマRPG MIX), a mobile app that combines Shoumetsu Toshi with the successor Shoumetsu Toshi 2. A large portion of the game will contribute to retelling the story. The release date is unknown.
▍TV Anime
The anime is currently in production at Madhouse. Most characters from the mobile game will make an appearance in the series, including Yuki (CV: Kana Hanazawa), Takuya (CV: Sugita Tomokazu), Akira (CV: Yuiichi Nakamura), Eiji (CV: Masaaki Shingaki), Kikyo (CV: Aimi), Geek (CV: Taisuke Nishimura), and Yumiko (CV: Mitsuki Nakae). The release schedule is again not confirmed.
