Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn’s sequel anime movie Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative (機動戦士ガンダムＮＴ) will premiere on 30th November 2018 in Japan. A new teaser trailer is now out.
Set in U.C.0097, a year after the end Unicorn, the story revolves around three childhood friends – Jona, Michel, Rita. Jona and Rita are both members of Earth Federation Space Force, and Michel is a consultant at Luo Company.

The staff members have all worked on various Gundam titles previously. Screenwriter Harutoshi Fukui and mecha designer Katoki Hajime were involved in Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn, while director Yoshizawa Toshikazu was one of the animator for Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt.
Besides, Yoshiyuki Tomino’s novel series Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway’s Flash (機動戦士ガンダム 閃光のハサウェイ) is being made into three anime movies for 2019 release. Mobile Suit Gundam: Gundam UC2 will be made into a non-Japanese drama for 2022 release.
Bandai Namco is also making something new for Gundam – a mobile game project called New Tactical Game Project, but a release date is yet to be confirmed.
