Yostar’s chinese mobile game Azur Lane (CN: 碧藍航線; JP: アズールレーン) is finally coming in English. An open beta is launched now for US and Canada audience.
Azur Lane is a fleet girl warfare RPG that combines 2D shooter and tactical genres. It was first released in Chinese back in mid 2017, and the huge popularity has brought a localized version to Japan in late 2017. In the game, players take the role of a commander and lead personified warships to expel mysterious enemies in the sea.
This open beta will not clear players’ data, and it gives players Yorktown and her pre-registration gifts for any login within seven days from 16th August.
Besides US and Canada, Azur Lane will also launch in regions including Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, Philippines, and East Timor on 30th August 2018.
