Taiwanese developer Rayark announced a sequel to its hit rhythm-action game, Deemo during RayarkCon LIVE this Saturday (21st December).
Though no further details are announced for the game, the teaser gives a sense of the game’s world, tone, and score. At the end of the teaser, we see a young child approaching a building with a tree growing in the background, so it may be a continuation of Deemo.

Deemo was originally released as a mobile game, then re-released on PS Vita and then Nintendo Switch as Deemo: Last Recital.
The original Deemo story follows a young girl named Alice who enters a strange world from its sky. In order to return to her world, she must use her piano skills to encourage a large tree to grow and bring her back from where she came. A mysterious character named Deemo helps her return home, but they are obstructed by a character named the Masked Lady.
The ending reveals the true identities of Deemo and the Masked Lady and the tragic circumstances that brought Alice to this world.
