The short TV anime of MBS’ voice actor x 2D comedian project “GET UP! GET LIVE!” is confirmed to premiere on 10th July 2020 under the title of “GETUP! GETLIVE! #GeraGera” (GETUP! GETLIVE! #げらげら). The franchise also confirms a manga adaptation.
▍Short TV Anime “GETUP! GETLIVE! #GeraGera”
“GETUP! GETLIVE! #GeraGera” will feature the SD form of the comedian and will focus on the three comedian groups, Stardust, Kiku-ichimonji, and SIX. One day, they are called by their tutor from SSS talented agency and to accept the audition of Bazuneta Fairu (バズネタファイル), a TV program that decides the best comedian by audience’s votings on SNS. However, they only have one minute to perform.

▍Manga Adaptation
Two monthly manga adaptations created by Ugonba (うごんば) will launch in the October issue of Ichijinsha’s Monthly Comic Zero-Sum magazine on 28th August 2020, and on the Zero-Sum Online service on 4th September 2020.
The Zero-Sum Online version will cover the main story of the “1st Live” event’s drama segment, while the Monthly Comic Zero-Sum version will feature side stories for each character.
