Drecom confirms that the upcoming 3D mobile RPG “Wizardry VA” (TBD) will be released in 2022. A new teaser video is also revealed for the announcement.

“Wizardry VA” project is the latest game of the timeless RPG “Wizardry” series. Based on the concept of “your own and only adventure”, Drecom is working diligently with its studio 2PRO with an aim to inherit the features of the series and incorporating new elements so that more people will enjoy the 3D dungeon RPG.
“Wizardry” is a series of role-playing video games, developed by Sir-Tech in 1081. The original “Wizardry” was released in 1981 under the title “Wizardry: Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord”. The game was one of the first Dungeons & Dragons-style role-playing games to be written for computer play, and the first such game to offer color graphics. It was also the first true party-based role-playing video game.
