The 10th anniversary online event for the “Puella Magi Madoka Magica” anime announced on April 25 that it is getting a new anime film titled “Gekijōban Mahō Shōjo Madoka Magica: Walpurgis no Kaiten” (劇場版 魔法少女まどか☆マギカ 〈ワルプルギスの廻天〉).
The new film is a sequel to the “Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie Part 3: Rebellion” film, which opened in 2013. A teaser visual, video, main cast and staff are also revealed.

▍New “Puella Magi Madoka Magica: scene0” Project
The event also revealed that the “Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story” smartphone game is getting a new project “Puella Magi Madoka Magica: scene0,” but details are yet to be unveiled. Check out the special page for further information.
▍Original Soundtrack
Two original soundtracks will be available on April 26 worldwide on the subscription services including Spotify and Apple Music.
▍Exhibition
A “Puella Magi Madoka Magica” exhibition will debut in Tokyo in late September and will showcase a bunch of treasured materials at the time of planning and development, including the original drawings and storyboards.
The event is scheduled to start in late September, and after the event is held in Matsuya Ginza, Tokyo, it will be toured to other regions.
Tickets for the Tokyo venue will be on sale in the summer! Details will be announced on the Madoka 10th Anniversary site at a later date.
