FuRyu’s Trinity Trigger, the upcoming “Authentic Action” RPG, released a new three-minute trailer showing off the game’s combat, story, world, and more! The game will be coming to PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC on September 15. A demo is currently available on the Japanese Nintendo eShop.
In Trinity Trigger, Players will be able to control up a party of three alone, or with two other friends locally! Explore the vast world and battle fearsome foes with magical creatures called Triggers, beings that can transform into weapons in a bid to save the world!

Trinity Trigger is a top-down action RPG where players control a party of 3. The game promises traditional RPG combat with a real-time battle system. Take advantage of the game’s unique weapon-changing system! Using Triggers, tiny spirit creatures can be transformed into weapons, allowing players to swap between up to 8 weapons mid-combat, or use them to solve puzzles and use for exploration!
The game is also completely playable in local multiplayer! There are no plans for online multiplayer, but this looks like the perfect kind of RPG to play with friends at home!
▍Trinity Trigger Story
After a long battle passed between the gods of chaos and order, the two gods decided to choose a champion to fight for them, with the winner deciding the fate of the world. Cyan Erleus (Taichi Ichikawa), a warrior chosen by the god of chaos, has to embark on a journey to save the world with his friends Xantice Geldine (Ryota Iwasaki), and Elise Quoyse (Kanna Nakamura), they embark on a journey, unsure of what lies ahead, with the fate of the world on their shoulders.
