The official website and Twitter account for the A-1 Pictures’ original anime, Lycoris Recoil, revealed a new PV and visual, as well as a sneak peek at the ending song and additional staff. The anime will premiere on July 2.
The ending song, Flower’s Tower (花の塔) is performed by Sayuri. This new anime depicts the “absurd daily life” of cafe waitresses, Chisato, and Takina, who has to make local deliveries as well as fight zombies and monsters!
Among the additional staff, Yūsuke Maruyama is joining as assistant director, Yumiko Yamamoto as a sub-character designer, and Shuhei Mitsuki was recently revealed as the music composer. If that last name sounded familiar, that’s because they’re known for animes such as SPY×FAMILY and Fairy gone!
