Booty Royale Manga Creator Rui Takato Retires From Manga Industry

Rui Takato, creator of the ongoing manga series Booty Royale: Never Go Down Without a Fight! / Hagure Idol Jigokuhen is retiring from the manga industry due to issues related to his private life.

The manga creator stated in a series of tweets that they would be unable to continue drawing manga about “boobs and sex”, and if the situation in his household changes, then he may continue working on manga, but for now, will switch to another line of work. Takato still plans on releasing the next three chapters of the series and hopes fans will enjoy the work.

While the author doesn’t explicitly state whether or not his retirement will be temporary or permanent, his ongoing series Booty Royale will go on a temporary hiatus due to his retirement, implying that it may someday be picked back up and isn’t canceled.
