XD Inc announced that Torchlight Infinite is getting an open beta this October! The dungeon-crawling hack-and-slash mobile spin-off based on the Torchlight series is coming to iOS and Android, with pre-orders for the game available on the App Store and the TapTap store, with the game coming to Google Play in the near future. The game will also feature cross-play on launch, allowing players on PC and mobile phones to play together.

The game takes place 200 years after Torchlight 2. Humanity has embraced Ember as the primary energy source for everything from technology, to the arcane, becoming an indispensable part of their lives.
