With the involvement of Nintendo and the presence of the father of Mario, Shigeru Miyamoto, it is not exaggerating to say Ubisoft has one the best line-ups this year at E3.

■ Mario + Rabbids Battle Kingdom

Nintendo’s Mario has collaborated with Ubisoft’s Rabbids series to release the rumoured Mario + Rabbids! Nothing like the Mario series before, this spin-off is more like a tactical RPG. It will out on Nintendo Switch on 29th August this year.

■ Assassin’s Creed Origins

The Egyptian assassin will officially make his appearance on PS4, Xbox One and PC on 27th October.

■ The Crew 2

This time the racing series introduces fast boat racing, car racing, jet racing and bike racing for PS4, Xbox and PC in early 2018.

■ South Park: The Fractured But Whole

The cartoon’s RPG spin-off will share a similar system like the game The Stick of Truth. The supernatural adventure  will begin on 17th October for PS4, Xbox and PC.

■ Transference

Partnered up with actor Elijah Wood’s studio, this title appears to be a psychological horror. It will be out in Spring 2018 for PS4, Xbox and PC. The VR version will be on HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and PSVR.

■ Skull & Bones

Made by the Singaporean branch of Ubisoft, the open world pirate-war-themed battle royal can be played in single mode as well as multiplayer mode and PVP. It will be out in Fall 2018 for PS4, Xbox and PC.

■ Just Dance 2018

The latest from the long-living Just Dance series will be released on 24th October on Switch, Wii, PS4, PS3, Xbox and PC.

■ South Park: Phone Destroyer

South Park has also landed on iOS and Android with a new spin-off. It will be released on 17th October.

■ Starlink: Battle for Atlas

Putting toys into a real game, this newly announced title allows players to attach a jet model, which alters the game’s version according to how it is structured by the players in real life, on the controller. The third person shooter will be on PS4, Xbox and Switch in Fall 2018.

■ Steep

The open world extreme sports game on PS4, Xbox, PC and Switch will get an expansion park called Road to the Olympics in December this year.

■ Far Cry 5

The previously announced title set the cult-ridden Montana is coming to PS4, Xbox and PC on 27th February next year.

■ Beyond Good and Evil 2

The sci-fi cult title is finally getting a sequel after almost 15 years. The coming game will introduce a vaster universe and an Asian setting. It is coming to PS4, PS3 and Xbox. The release date is yet to be confirmed.
