[Qoo News] E3 2017: Every game Nintendo is putting out soon

The star of Nintendo’s E3 stage is undoubtedly Mario, who gets featured in the newly announced Super Mario Odyssey and the already announced Mario + Rabbids Battle Kingdom. His friend Kirby and Yoshi will also get their own games soon.

■ Xenoblade Chronicles 2

As announced pretty earlier in January, the Xenoblade sequel is coming to Switch with new protagonists, Rex and Pyra. This classic JPRG will be released on Switch in holiday 2017, though the release date on Amazon is 29th December, 2017.

■ Kirby for Nintendo Switch

Designed to cater up to four players, this Kirby’s action platformer is coming to Switch in 2018. The official title is yet to be announced.

■ Metroid Prime 4

Nintendo’s long living Metroid series will be having a new working title for the Prime storyline. No details have been revealed except that it is going to be on Switch.

■ Yoshi for Nintendo Switch

Yoshi may not star as the protagonist as many times as his friends do, but he will make it to Switch in 2018. The platformer will support two-player cooperation.

■ Fire Emblem Warriors

The Fire Emblem heroes will get this RPG where they show off Dynasty Warriors-style moves and many weapon types on 28th September this year for Switch, New Nintendo 3DS XL, New Nintendo 3DS and New Nintendo 2DS XL.

■ The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Expansion Pass

The expansion that introduces new modes including a new difficulty called Master Mode and many other features will be released in two parts. The first part will be out on 30th June and the second one will be ready by Winter this year. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is on Switch and Wii U.

■ Mario + Rabbids Battle Kingdom

As announced by Ubisoft a day ago, Nintendo’s Mario has collaborated with Ubisoft’s Rabbids series to release the rumoured Mario+Rabbids! Nothing like the Mario series before, this spin-off is more like a tactical RPG. It will out on Nintendo Switch on 29th August this year.

■ Rocket League

This fun multiplayer title where players drive jet cars to play in a football match will be on Switch in holiday 2017. Rocket League has been released on PS4, Xbox, PC and Linux.

■ Super Mario Odyssey

Nintendo surprised fans just now with this new open-world platformer. This Mario lets players to possess enemies and objects in New Donk City. It will be ready for Switch on 27th October, 2017.

■ Other titles include the remake of Metroid II: Return of Samus for 3DS, Sonic Forces for Switch, FIFA 18 for Switch, Splatoon 2 for Switch, Arms for Switch and the previously announced Pokkén Tournament DX for Switch.

  1. Just a late little correction.
    ZELDA: Breath of Wild its on Wii U too, not only on Switch.
    But i dont know if they mean that the Zelda BotW Expansion its exclusive to the Switch version or not.
