Nearly 6 months after the game’s initial release, DNF Duel is finally getting its first big update with the new Grand Balance Patch available now, alongside unveiling a season pass and release date for the switch port!
The Balance Patch updates every character’s moves with new properties with over 100 changes to existing moves, as well as to the character’s awakening effects to make them more in line with the rest of the cast. The switch port is coming on April 20 2023, and the game’s Season Pass will be coming in 2023, alongside its first character the previously announced Spectre.
DNF Duel is also on sale now for 50% off on PS4, PS5, and PC via Steam!

DNF’s Season Pass was revealed introducing us to five new characters including Spectre who was announced at this year’s Arc Revo Finals.
The characters in the season pass will apparently arrive in 2023. You currently cannot buy the season pass so hopefully, in the coming months, more details on the character’s release dates and who will appear will be made more apparent. Strive’s Season pass was priced at USD$24.99, so presumably, with five characters, we will also see a similar pricing model.

The update you’ve all been waiting for is finally here, with a balance update to every character making them far more usable while barely nerfing any of the existing characters, making the game much more chaotic by giving characters more options!
