About The Legend of Heroes

The Legend of Heroes, known in Japan as Eiyū Densetsu, is an RPG series developed by Nihon Falcom. Initially, as part of the Dragon Slayer series in the late 1980s, it evolved into its own interconnected series spanning a decade with fourteen entries, including several subseries.

Gagharv trilogy consists of three linked stories: The Legend of Heroes II: Prophecy of the Moonlight Witch, The Legend of Heroes: A Tear of Vermillion, and The Legend of Heroes III: Song of the Ocean. Each title follows the story of a hero and his companions as they journey across their land to avert an impending disaster.

Unaware of them, each of their lands exists in the same world separated by a bottomless rift in the earth called Gagharv and by a massive mountain chain known as the Backbone of the Great Serpent.
