Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Title Update 5 Arrives on April 20


Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak is getting its fifth title update, this time bringing the Elder Dragon of the Storm Amatsumagatsuchi, alongside another Risen monster in Shagaru Magala, and more.

The title update brings both of these monsters as free content and difficult quests while adding up the anomaly investigations level up to 300, granting you even more decorations and Qurio upgrades to unlock. In addition, completing level 300 anomaly investigations now have a chance to grant special investigations which are even more powerful quests with new variations, and a unique reward.

The game’s update also adds a bunch of new smaller functions and buffs to various weapons, which you can find in its official patch notes.

Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Title Update 5 launches for the Nintendo Switch and PC versions of the game on April 20.

Returning after its last appearance in Monster Hunter Generations, the legendary dragon of storms Amatsu is back, and like with all elder dragons threatens the safety of everyone at Kamura village.

This supreme monster is able to manipulate the weather and conjure up violent storms and gusts of wind, controlling the direction of its foes wherever while raining down powerful water beams and thunder strikes. Hunters will need to be careful when fighting this monster and try their best to topple it from the sky to make it open for attacks.

Shagaru Magala is also getting its Risen form, after conquering the Qurio virus.s a result its output of the frenzy virus is greatly increased giving it new wide-sweeping, and explosive attacks that hit an even bigger area than before. Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Special Investigations

The game is also introducing Special Investigations upon completing level 300 or higher Anomaly investigations. These hunts will pit you against an even tougher version of the monster, granting you even more money but no special rewards in terms of materials or quests. Instead, complete enough of these hunts with different monsters and you’ll get the special Badge of Heroes to show off to others online as a mark of your valor.

Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Update Roadmap

Capcoma also released a roadmap update and also stated that the game is receiving one more update in June, and this will be the game’s final update that adds in a new monster, and from the trailer and silhouette seems to be a variant of the Malzeno.
