The gameplay trailer of the legendary dragonslayer Siegfried is here! As previously announced, the mighty and powerful Siegfried will be playable in Granblue Fantasy: Versus Rising. And players may be able to try him sooner than they expect as an online beta test will be hosted on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 in mid-July, with an exact date to be announced.
The gameplay trailer offers a tantalizing look at Siegfried’s character and abilities. Wielding a massive red greatsword, Siegfried is showcased battling opponents with potent swings, culminating in his powerful technique, “Schwarzen Fangen.”
Siegfried excels at mid-range combat, using his sword’s long reach to keep opponents at bay. The trailer also reveals a unique feature wherein Siegfried can consume some of his health to activate Manigance, a temporary state that significantly enhances his attack power. The new trailer truly presents the dragonslayer wielding his massive blade with unrivaled strength.
Granblue Fantasy: Versus Rising is expected to be released on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam sometime in 2023.
