Taishi Tsutsui’s rom-com Jump series “We Never Learn” (ぼくたちは勉強ができない) announced today (25th February) that its anime adaptation will premier in Japan on 4th June 2019.
The series revolves around Yuiga Nariyuki (唯我成幸), a high-school student from a poor family aiming for a scholarship. One day, his school gives him an offer, he can have a recommendation for a scholarship if he tutors two of his classmates to get into the schools of their choice. His goal is to help Rizu Ogata, a science genius, get into a literature school, and Fumino Furuhashi, a literature prodigy, get into a science school. Unbeknownst to Yuiga, outside of their specialty, Ogata and Furuhashi are clueless students.
