Kadokawa’s MF Books announced that Rifujin na Magonote’s (理不尽な孫の手) light novel series, Mushoku Tensei ~Jobless Reincarnation~ (無職転生 ～異世界行ったら本気だす～)will be receiving an anime adaptation!
The series revolves around a 30-something-year-old hikikomori who regrets his reclused life as he gets run over by a truck and dies. Following his untimely accident, he is reincarnated into a new world of swords and magic. In this new world, he is reborn as Rudeus Grayrat. The series follows his infancy years to adulthood as he tries to live a different life.
Mushoku Tensei ~Jobless Reincarnation~ was first released in April 2014. A manga adaptation was released in October 2014. Currently, there is no information as to when the series will air, the staff, and the cast.
