Bushiroad and Nelke Planning multimedia franchise Revue Starlight (少女☆歌劇 レヴュー・スタァライト) announced the production of two anime films during the Starry Diamond concert on November 3.
The project includes a compilation movie, which is set to release in Summer, 2020, and an all-new, original theatrical anime film that is currently in-production.
TV anime series director Tomohiro Furukawa (古川知宏) will return to direct the original movie. More details are expected to be revealed later.

Revue Starlight (少女☆歌劇 レヴュー・スタァライト) is a Japanese media franchise created in 2017 by Bushiroad and Nelke Planning. It primarily consists of a musical, performed between September 22 and 24, 2017, and a 12-episode anime television series by Kinema Citrus which aired between July and September 2018. It has received three manga adaptations, all of which began serialization in January 2018.
A smartphone game titled Shōjo Kageki Revue Starlight: Re LIVE, developed by Ateam, also launched in October 2018.
