Aniplex announced today (17th December) on Twitter that the Cells at Work!’s mobile spin-off game “Itsudemo Hataraku Saibou” (いつでも はたらく細胞) will end services on 31st January 2020, 15:00 (JST).
The game was released on 23rd March this year and received positive reviews. The game’s rating on QooApp is 4.2/5 (as of 17/12). In general, players appreciate the gameplay and graphics. However, there were few bugs such as long loading time when it was just launched.

The operation team does not explain why they made this decision, but it expresses the greatest gratitude to all the players who enjoy and support the game in this short period of time.
■ Regarding the in-game item “Energy” (エナジー)
・They can be used until the game ends service.
・Players will not be able to purchase “Energy” after 17th December at 14:00 (JST).
・Players can request a refund for the paid “Energy” from 1st February 2020 00:00 to 31st March 2020 23:59 (JST). We will announce further details shortly regarding the process.
▍About Itsudemo Hataraku Saibou
Itsudemo Hataraku Saibou is developed by Glasshead. It is a tower defense game where players will be tasked with defending against waves of germ invaders that will make the body sick. Players will be able to summon different cells from the series in chibi forms. The game features fully voiced scenarios for fans of the series.
