The TV anime adaptation of Take’s (丈) Romantic comedy manga “Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!” (宇崎ちゃんは遊びたい！) reveals the first PV and cast members. The anime is scheduled to premiere in July 2020.

■ Hana Uzaki (宇崎花) – CV: Naomi Ōzora (大空 直美)
She is a 19-year-old college student with an energetic personality. Her antics often annoy her senpai, Shinichi.
■ Shinichi Sakurai (桜井真一) – CV: Kenji Akabane (赤羽根 健治)
He is a tall, introverted college student, who enjoys peace and quiet and likes playing video games. He prefers to be left alone, but despite his objections, he often ends up hanging out with Hana.
■ Ami Asai (亜細亜実) – CV: Ayana Taketatsu (竹達 彩奈)
She is Shinichi’s coworker. Ami enjoys “people watching” and ogling attractive males, and she has a fond interest in watching the interactions between Shinichi and Hana.
■ Itsuhito Sakaki (榊逸仁) – CV: Tomoya Takagi (高木朋弥)
Itsuhito Sakaki is Shinichi’s college classmate and friend. He likes to tease Shinichi about Hana, and he tries to cooperate with Ami to come up with plans to get Shinichi and Hana closer together.

▍Story
The story follows Shinichi Sakurai (櫻井真一), a fit and grumpy-faced 3rd-year college student who just wants to spend his free time alone. However, his underclassman from his high school days, the short, energetic, and very buxom 2nd-year student Hana Uzaki (宇崎花) simply will not allow that, constantly pestering him and teasing him until Shinichi is forced to hang out with her.
Slowly, but surely, he gradually starts enjoying his time with her to the point that, even with all their bickering, they’re almost always seen together…
▍Staff and Production
“Kemono Michi: Rise Up” director Kazuya Miura (三浦 和也) is directing the anime at ENGI. “Himouto! Umaru-chan” series composition Takashi Aoshima (あおしま たかし) is overseeing the series scripts, and “Bleach” animation director Manabu Kurihara (栗原 学) is designing the characters.
