Based on the multimedia project developed by Yasushi Akimoto (秋元 康), Aniplex, and Sony Music Records, the smartphone rhythm game “22/7 Music Time” (22/7 音楽の時間) is confirmed to release on 27th May 2020 for iOS and Android platforms.
To celebrate the game’s pre-registration reaching 227,000, all players will be able to obtain the stage costume of AKB48’s “Koi Suru Fortune Cookie” (恋するフォーチュンクッキー). It will also be a playable song in the game.
▍“Is The Wind Blowing” MV
The game’s theme song “Is The Wind Blowing” (風は吹いてるか？) and its MV has been revealed. The video is produced by creative agency maxilla, which has created MV for ONE OK ROCK and Yonezu Kenshi (米津玄師).
“Fate/Grand Order – Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia” OP director Yuki Kamiya (神谷雄貴) directs the MV, while Yukiko Horiguchi (堀口悠紀子) is the art director and animation character designer.
▍Overview
“22/7 Music Time” is a rhythm game where players will be able to enjoy the fully-voiced campus story of the 11 female idols.
The game features a 3D mode and MV mode, where players can play the original songs from the franchise and also their cover version of renowned pop songs. Previously announced playable cover songs include AKB48’s “Heavy Rotation”, LiSA’s “oath sign” and ClariS’ “Connect”.
