“Fate/EXTRA Record,” the remake of dungeon crawler RPG “Fate/EXTRA,” reveals a new promotional video showcasing the 3D graphics of Caster, Tamamo-no-Mae.
The new game is developing with Unreal Engine and will be available for “current generation platforms.” The release date was not announced.
TYPE-MOON’s Kinoko Nasu is credited for the original story and scenario, with Takashi Takeuchi credited as the original character design. TYPE-MOON studio BB’s Kazuya Niino is the director and Arco Wada is the character designer.

“Fate/EXTRA” is a dungeon crawler RPG developed by Type-Moon and Imageepoch and was released in Japan on 22nd July 2010 for the PlayStation Portable. It takes place in a parallel universe to the visual novel “Fate/stay night”. The game was followed by a sequel “Fate/Extra CCC,” “Fate/Extella”, and “Fate/EXTELLA LINK”. The game also inspired a TV anime “Fate/Extra Last Encore” in 2018.
