Bandai Namco announces that the upcoming “Scarlet Nexus” action RPG will launch for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC on 24th June in Japan and on 25th June in Western countries. The game is also confirmed to inspire a TV anime adaptation for this summer.

The game will be available in a US$59.99 standard physical and digital edition, as well as a US$79.99 digital Deluxe Edition. The Deluxe Edition will include a Battle attire set “Red,” soundtrack, art book and additional attachment “The Others”. A new story trailer centering the dual protagonist Kasane is revealed.
“Scarlet Nexus” takes place in a near-future when Earth is invaded by the mutated creatures, and those with Psychokinetic abilities have been united within an organization known as the Other Suppression Force (OSF).
The game features a dual story, while players can begin the story by selecting either Yuito Sumeragi, an energetic recruit from a prestigious political family or Kasane Randall, the mysterious scout whose power and skill has gained great notoriety among the OSF.

A new visual, teaser trailer, cast and story are revealed for TV anime adaptation. It is scheduled to debut worldwide in summer 2021. Sunrise is animating the series.

▍Synopsis
Solar calendar year 2020: grotesque organisms called Others have begun eating people. To take down this new enemy, the Other Suppression Force is formed. Saved by this elite team as a child, psychokinetic Yuito withstands the training to enlist. On the other hand, prodigy Kasane was scouted for her abilities. But Kasane’s dreams tell her strange things, dragging the two into an unavoidable fate.
