In the latest episode of Capcom TV, a brand new feature was introduced to their upcoming Action RPG, Monster Hunter Double Cross, for 3DS. Capcom has finally released a system to allow players to change the appearance of their armor without having to actually change their gear!
What the new system does is basically have a slot for stats and another slot purely for aesthetics. Players will finally be able to wear gear most beneficial to their play style without having to worry about whether or not they look good with one another.
Although the new system sounds like a dream come true, Capcom has added a little twist. The new system will only be unlocked upon reaching G-Rank, so until then, players will still have to match their armors visually themselves old-school style.
Another system that will be added to the new game is the Laboratory Expansion System. The Laboratory Expansion System will support players with item management with item box expansions as well as additional options for Item Sets. These expansions will be unlocked as players progress in the game.
