ysy’s upcoming TCG, Revolve (リボルヴ), for iOS and Android has just revealed the game’s system as well as a new PV.
Revolve is quite different from typical TCG. Players can freely build a deck of 20 cards, each player can place up to six cards on their field, three in front and three in the rear. The front is mainly for monster cards, used for attacking opponent’s monsters or directly damaging the opponent. The rear field is for spells and traps which can be used to strengthen monsters, or interrupt opponent’s assault.
The most unique aspect of the game’s system is that each turn, players can return cards from the field to their hand depending on how much the card costs to summon. Through continuously summoning and returning, players can create multiple strategies with just 20 cards.
