Our Dream Meister and the Recollected Black Fairy Tier List and Team Building Guide rank the strongest characters and give you some tips on how to build your team with the ikemen meister.
Though the current game content still remains nice and casual considering that it has only been released for a few days, high-difficulty stages may come later in new updates. This guide will certainly prepare you for the challenges ahead.
Is Reroll Necessary?
Luckily, the developer of Yumekuro made rerolling for the game an easy process. You are guaranteed one ★4 in your tutorial pull, but there’s also a chance you may get multiple ★4 characters even in the Tutorial Gacha.
★4 cards have higher stats and stronger skills that allow you to clear the quests more efficiently! But one thing you must know is that currently, there’re currently seven ★4 meisters in the gacha, and the probability to get your desired characters are actually quite high.
Dream Meister and the Recollected Black Fairy Tier List
Top Tier Gacha Cards
If you’re unsure which boy is your favourite, and prefer to go for the strongest cards, here are some recommendations with strong skills that makes your battle easier. If you get at least one of them, you can consider your reroll a success.
[The Beginning of a Dream] Adel
Adel is one of the strongest healer in the game, with an AoE skill that heals a significant amount compared to other lower rarity healers.
[The Beginning of a Dream] Camus
Camus is a powerful attacker that can deal great damage to the enemies in the front row. His skill can increase his own attack power, making him a great choice for boss battles and a top tier in this Dream Meister and the Recollected Black Fairy Tier List.
[The Beginning of a Dream] Cyrus
Cryrus is the best shield unit in the game, who is capable of applying a shield to all party members AND healing your entire party. Truly, a unit that wants to protect you instead of being protected.
[The Beginning of a Dream] Towa
Towa is a useful supporter who can summon automata units and recover SP, allowing you to use your special skills faster. The summoned automata also contribute firepower.
Top Tier Story Cards
Players can also obtain cards for free if you clear the game’s main story. And out of all of the characters that you got, there are three units that deserve an honorary mention. Furthermore, you can easily obtain the shards necessary to increase their rarity, which allows them to greatly shine when they are fully uncapped .
[The Beginning of a Dream] Crow
Crow might be someone who loves exploring and destroying, but his [Flash Bomber] skill is a pretty good AoE attacking skill, with a medium chance of inflicting the Burn status on enemies.
[The Beginning of a Dream] Grandflair
If your tries for Cyrus went sour on the tutorial gacha, you can still obtain Grandflair’s card for free by clearing the first few chapters of the main story. He’s a pretty good tank unit that can substitute for Cyrus (albeit, not completely), and thanks to the quests giving out a lot of his shards, you’re able to easily increase his rarity.
[The Beginning of a Dream] Itsuki
Itsuki’s a magic type unit. He can buff everyone’s Physical Attack status during battle, allowing them to deal more damage to enemies. In his Moon Awakening, he can also give all teammates an SP boost, so that their special skills trigger faster, which is a free substitute to Towa.
Team Building Guide
■ Always Have a Defense-Type Character On Your Side
Defense-type cards (represented with a shield icon) are vital to your party in the game, because their high defense stats help protect your main attacking units from dying.
They can also apply shields to your allies, allowing them to defeat enemies without worrying about the HP. Most defense-type cards also come with an HP-healing skill, further makes the battling process safer.
■ Pay Attention To Which Black Fairy You Use!
Every Meister is accompanied by a Black Fairy that will give them special abilities during battle. Faeries have the same set of icons as the main units, and it is important that you match them on your team, or the effect combination won’t work.
■ Unsure Where To Start? Check out the Suggested Parties!
On every quest, you can tap on the button below, and find out the teams that other players used to clear the quest. This can give you some clue as to where to start.
Furthermore, if you really like a certain team composition, you can always copy that team to your own, provided you have the same units as the user whose team you’re trying to copy.
■ Sun or Moon? Know The Differences
In Yumekuro, you can choose to either perform a Sun Awakening or a Moon Awakening for your meister. But the difference is more than illustration. A Sun Awakening will increase the efficiency of the skill of the Meister, but a Moon Awakening will instead change that skill completely, often changing how the Meister performs.
An example of this is the healer Adel. While his Sun Awakening will increase the amount of HP he heals, the Moon Awakening will drop the HP healing, and will instead focus on SP healing. So think twice before you awake the unit!
