Based on Hiro Mashima’s sci-fi adventure manga, the Edens Zero Season 2 anime revealed a teaser trailer to preview the new adventure of Shiki and his crew. The anime’s second season is scheduled to debut next spring.
The video also highlights the new enemy Drakken Joe, one of the six members of the Oración Seis Galáctica, a group of criminals with the ability to destroy entire planets. A glimpse of the Witch’s battle dress is also shown.
The series centers on Shiki Granbell, an orphan raised by robots on the deserted theme park planet Granbell. One day, he meets and befriends Rebecca and her cat Happy when they visit the park in order to record videos for the video-sharing website Aoneko Channel. After boarding the spaceship “Edens Zero” with the crew members they met during the voyage, they go on exploring the universe by searching for Mother, a goddess that can grant any wishes.
