CFK announced that the horror adventure game Savior of the Abyss is now available for Nintendo Switch worldwide. This RPG Maker game was previously released for PC via Steam in 2021 but now has come to Nintendo Switch. Furthermore, a 10% OFF discount is available for the first two weeks of its release.
Savior of the Abyss is a 2D horror adventure game in the RPG maker style, created by Korean indie game developer Allaugh Games. It was inspired by games like Ib, Mad Father, and The Witch’s House.
The story follows protagonist Stella as she tries to understand why she’s confined in an old hospital basement. As she makes her escape, she discovers a few secrets about the facility, but various obstacles stand in her way. She’ll need to collect items that will hopefully protect her, but her life is still very much in danger. As she uncovers the truth, she’ll gain access to new areas and new horrors.

Players will be in charge of guiding the protagonist Stella, up to the ground floor. The atmosphere of the detention center she finds herself in is heavy, filled with all sorts of dangers that Stella must overcome. Death is around every corner, so the players must always be wary, scanning for clues at all times.
Stella must collect a number of objects from each area and use them to make her way up to the ground floor. Collected tools can be clues that unlock the way forward, but using them carelessly can also spell the end for the girl, so players must be careful and consider how and when to do so.
Stella will also be faced with a number of choices as she finds her way out of the facility. These choices could be linked to actions made during gameplay, dialogue choices, or the acquisition of certain items. All the choices that save her from certain death also lead them to one of three possible endings that players will have to work to unlock.
