Bushiroad has revealed the latest information about the boy-band multimedia project from Argonavis, on its official Twitter account. The media project has been running several media mixes in recent days as part of Bushiroad’s publicity campaign for the franchise, such as the sequel to its first anime film, its new smartphone game, and a new live-action stage play by the voice actors.
The anime film Argonavis Axia has unveiled a new teaser trailer revealing some of the backgrounds of the plot, focusing on its main character, Nayuta Asahi, and his past. The movie will debut on March 24 in Japanese theatres.
As the sequel of Argonavis: Ryuusei no Obligatoa anime film, which debuted in November 2021, the new movie will center on GYROAXIA, a five-member band hailing from Sapporo.
As the members are not getting along after they move to Tokyo, rumors of their breakup have spread like wildfire online, and the members find themselves going their separate ways. Meanwhile, vocalist Nayuta Asahi, the protagonist of the movie, will reminisce about his childhood with his father Kōga Iryū, before he abandoned his own family.

The project announced via Twitter that its new smartphone game is officially titled Argonavis -Kimi ga Mita Stage e- (Argonavis: To the Stage That You See). It is scheduled to be released in the summer of 2023. Stay tuned on the official Twitter for more information!
▍2nd Live-Action Stage Play
The second live-action stage play “Argonavis the Live Stage 2 ~Me Same no Ouja to Kousei no Progress~” will kick off in Tokyo and Hyogo in February. Following the events of the first part, the new stage play will focus on the band GYROAXIA, as a complement to the movie Argonavis AXIA. The voice actors of the franchise will reprise their role in the live-action stage play.
