Light novel series Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens (博多豚骨ラーメンズ) will be getting an anime adaption as announced earlier this month. The anime’s official Twitter is now open, revealing the production staff and five cast members.

The anime is now in the making at Satelight and directed by Kenji Yasuda (Macross Delta). The screenplay is written by Yasukawa Shogo (Shogugeki no Soma) and the characters are designed by Hideki Inoue.
Originally a light novel series written by Chiaki Kisaki (木崎ちあき) and published since 2014, Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens is set in Hakuoki, a seemingly peaceful city with murderers hiding everywhere – so many that there is a rumour about killers who target at killers. When the mayor election is coming, a group of normal citizens with dark secrets are caught up in some political conspiracies. At this moment, the killers of killers set out to rid Hakuoki of crimes.
