Honkai Impact 3rd is getting a Version 6.7 update “Straying Stars” on June 29, 2023, introducing a host of new content, such as the SP battlesuit Sugary Starburst, the 38th story chapter, and many version-limited events. The update will also see the introduction of fresh summer outfits for the Herrschers of Origin, Finality, and Truth. And to set the summer stage, the game is rerunning 16 of the most popular summer outfits from previous versions.

▍Honkai Impact 3rd Version 6.7 New Battlesuit, Weapons, and Stigmata
In Version 6.7, a new SP battlesuit, Sugary Starburst, is being introduced for the character Shigure Kira. Kira has journeyed from the Squad Snowwolf to the Salt Snow Holy City, engaging in a myriad of thrilling adventures. The new Sugary Starburst battlesuit is an ice DMG dealer with a MECH type.
This new battlesuit is designed to highlight Kira’s agility and grace while fighting. Kira will be able to spray Shiny Sugarcoating all over when she enters by QTE or casts her Ultimate. She fights using pistols, showcasing high damage output potential, and importantly, she provides valuable combat buffs to teammates, enhancing team performance in battles. Her basic attack sequence comprises five agile moves, which combined with her Ultimate’s sniping mode, allows her to fire three consecutive bullets with precise accuracy.
Following the release of the v6.7 update, Honkai Impact 3rd introduces a new weapon, the Star Dance, specifically recommended for Shigure Kira. Alongside the new weapon, its PRI-ARM dubbed Star Dance: Enlightenment.
The update also brings forth a new stigma set, Yesterday’s Longing. The design of this stigma set evokes memories of Cecilia’s story and provide a glimpse into her life off the battlefield. Cecilia is an important figure for Shigure Kira, who looks up to her immensely.
▍Honkai Impact 3rd Version 6.7 Story Chapter XXXVIII
The new version advances the narrative with Story Chapter XXXVIII, titled “Something that’s happened once… is no miracle” which indicates an interesting turn in the game’s plot. It explores the reunion of the two Seeles in the previous chapter, a miraculous occurrence. Yet, it emphasizes that the bond between them isn’t coincidental but a concrete manifestation of the bubble universe’s background rules differing from the real world.
Moreover, the chapter brings them a step closer to the realization of their true enemy. Thus, the chapter is set to unravel deeper, darker truths that the Captains must discover.
▍Honkai Impact 3rd Version 6.7 Event – Perfect Performance
The launch of the new version will also introduce a new event, Perfect Performance. The event features a concert performed by Shigure Kira. As a part of the event, Captains can assist Shigure Kira in completing her Starguide Tour. In return, they earn Starlight Glow Sticks. These can be used to expedite the stage preparation progress and offer combat buffs.
Captains also have the chance to recruit six fan club members to cheer Kira on. However, each member comes with an exclusive trial that Captains must complete for recruitment. The trials vary, aligning with the member’s personality and interests.
The event comes with a variety of game modes, each promising generous rewards. As Captains engage in different modes, they can earn tokens. These tokens can then be exchanged for Crystals, Sugary Starburst Fragments, Energy Devices, Valkyrie Gloria’s new outfit, and more.

Version 6.7 update brings refreshing new summer outfits for the Valkyries.
Herrscher of Finality’s new outfit Selenic Ripples embodies the summer spirit with a light blue and black-and-white color scheme. Her Ultimate now features a school of fish and trailing fishtails instead of wings.
The Herrscher of Truth gets a new outfit Seaside Vibes. This outfit combines a pleated skirt and lacework with a watery-blue color. It includes flower petals and HOMU as secondary elements to perfectly showcase Bronya’s charm.
The Herrscher of Origin’s new outfit, Crooning Tides, will also be available. It focuses on Mei’s silhouette, embodying her calm persona and elegance.
For Herrscher of Finality, Selenic Ripples can be obtained from the Outfit Supply. As for Herrscher of Origin and Herrscher of Truth, their respective new outfits Crooning Tides and Seaside Vibes can be bought with B-Chips in the Mall.
Valkyrie Gloria’s new outfit, Starlit Evening, can be obtained from the Perfect Performance event.

Following the v6.7 update, a new event titled ‘Summer Splash Outfits Preorder’ will be available for Captains to participate in. During this event, the new outfits can be purchased at a discount.

The special event shop “Finest Selection” will also open its doors in v6.7. In this shop, Captains can accomplish particular missions on the event page to earn the event token Ice Mint Soda. These tokens can then be exchanged for New Summer Memory Outfit Option, Honkai Shards, Phase Shifters, among other items.
The New Summer Memory Outfit Option allows Captains to choose from one of four outfits: Arc City Blues, Taixuan Impression, Mauve Cascade, and Verdant Sky.
Furthermore, 16 popular summer outfits, including Summer Miss Elf♪, Parasol Kaiserin, Icy Sea Spray, Stygian Seafoam, and Shallow Sunset, will be accessible in the summer outfit mall Past Summer Highlights. Here, Captains can spend Crystals to purchase summer outfits from past events.
