The anime film based on Akira Toriyama’s Sand Land is nearing its official release date of August 18, and right before the film premieres in Japanese cinemas, the producers have released a new trailer featuring more footage and its opening theme song.
The film’s theme song is “Utopia” performed by Imase and shows off several scenes that weren’t seen in previous trailers. Along with the new trailer, the film will be opening a special Sand Land exhibit at the Rayard Shopping Center in Shibuya’s Miyashita Park, featuring a life-sized statue of Beelzebub, merchandise, and a spot for photos.
