Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Reveals All Previous Characters Available at E3!

Nintendo’s E3 Nintendo Direct just ended, revealing a series of updates on upcoming titles, DLCs, as well as new titles that will be coming on Switch, but the most mind breaking news revealed during the Nintendo Direct is the details revealed for the highly anticipated Super Smash Bros.! The Direct also reveals that the release date for the new title will be on 7th December 2018!

The biggest reveal during the direct is definitely how all previous characters will be available in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. title! from the iconic recurring characters like Pikachu and Mario, for the first time ever, the game’s roster will include every character who have previously appeared in the series, including DLC characters and characters who have only appeared once. In terms of new character, Nintendo revealed that the Inklings from the Splatoon series will be joining the Super Smash Bros series and at the very end of the direct, Metroid’s Ridley was introduced via an epic cinematic!

In addition to all characters being available in the game, all the current Super Smash Bros series amiibo will be compatible with the new title. players will be able to unlock Figure fighters of the respective amiibo when they are used in-game.

In terms of the game’s system, the new title will feature the classic 4 vs 4 free-for-all game mode, alongside a 8 vs 8 free-for-all game mode which will bring the chaos levels of the series to a new level.

And if that wasn’t enough, the Nintendo E3 2018 Direct also revealed that the iconic Game Cube controller will also be supported for the upcoming Super Smash Bros. title!
