The mobile game adaptation of Masaya Hokazono’s (外薗昌也) survival horror manga series on Kodansha, Generation Tank (戦車でホイホイ), is now available for download!
▍About Generation Tank
The manga series is set in a world where due to a meteor impact, a mysterious virus has wiped out all the adults in the world, only those under the age of 16 has survived. To add on to the crisis, giant insects, Bug (バグ), have started to appear, pushing humanity to the brink of extinction. The story revolves around Kenta (ケンタ), a boy who has lost his parents and older brother to the virus, and his fight against Bugs for the survival of mankind.
▍About the Game
The mobile game adaptation has players driving tanks and fighting against the giant insects that now roam the world. Players will be able to use parts from the insects they defeat to improve the equipment of their tanks.
Asides from the tanks from the original manga series, players will be able to create their own personalized tanks with different abilities to use against the bugs.
Additionally, Kadowaki Miyuna (門脇実優菜) of STU48 will be the voice of Athena (アシーナ) in the game.
