FLOWER, the official company for Takehiko Inoue (井上 雄彦), creator of the Slam Dunk series, has recently released a new mobile app, “SLAM DUNK Talking to the Rim”, which allows Slam Dunk fans to spend their time with Sakuragi Hanamichi!
The app has three main modes, Park Mode, Album Mode, and AR Mode.
▍Park Mode
In Park Mode, Slam Dunk fans will be able to select where to place a pre-set environment with Sakuragi practicing shots.
▍AR Mode
In Ar Mode fans will be able to place Sakuragi into a real-life environment using their mobile devices. The app will automatically render the environment with a manga-esque filter to create an immersive experience. In AR Mode, fans will also be able to record up to 5-second clips of Sakuragi in different environments.
▍Album Mode
Album Mode is the gallery where fans can re-watch their recorded clips.
SLAM DUNK Talking to the Rim is already available on mobile for 250 JPY.
