Square Enix announced that the 1997 classic JRPG “SaGa Frontier” is getting a remastered version in summer 2021 for PC, PS4, Switch, iOS and Android devices. The game will be released in both English and Japanese.

▍Overview
The remastered version has updated graphics, events, cutscenes and a new protagonist called Fuse. Players will be able to choose between the eight characters and embark on their unique journey. Each of the characters have different goals and endings. Your choices will affect how events unfold using the Free-Form Scenario System. This in-depth system will allow you to manipulate and expand a story all your own.
“SaGa Frontier” was directed and produced by Akitoshi Kawazu, who is known to create several games of Final Fantasy and SaGa franchise . Koichi Ishii was the planning chief. Kenji Ito composed the music. Tomomi Kobayashi was the illustrator.
