The Fire Emblem Heroes Japanese Twitter account has just announced today (27th March) the new updates and changes coming in this April.
To start things off, players will finally be able to adjust the starting positions of their team just before the battles starts.
①【戦闘開始時に配置変更が可能に】
戦闘開始時に英雄の配置を変更することが可能になります。

The second announced change coming to the game is to the experience being earned by heroes. The new change will make it so heroes of a lower rarity will earn more experience against lower level enemies.
②【経験値入手量調整】
★１～★4の英雄が自分より低いレベルの敵との戦闘で入手する経験値の量が上昇します。

And lastly, the maximum stamina will now increase to 99. Refiling stamina through orbs and Stamina Potions will also be adjusted to refill 99 stamina accordingly.
③【スタミナ拡張】
以前からご要望いただいておりましたスタミナについて、最大値を99に拡張します。
