The anime adaptation of Sarasa Nagase’s I’m the Villainess, So I’m Taming the Final Boss light novels will premiere in October 2022. Information about the cast, as well as a teaser visual and video, were revealed.
The series tell the story of Irene Lauren Dortlish, a villainous daughter reincarnated in an otome game world. In this otherworldly love comedy, Irene, who knows from her memories of her previous life that a doomed route awaits her, struggles to conquer Claude the Last Boss, the starting point of the doomed flag, and must become his lover in order to turn the tables on him.
The anime is directed by Kumiko Habara, written and composed by Kenta Inohara, with character designs by Momoko Makiuchi, Eri Kojima, and Yuko Oba, and animation production will be handled by MAHO FILM.

The main character, Irene, is voiced by Rie Takahashi.
Yuichiro Umehara is the voice of Claude Jeanne Elmair, the first prince of Elmair and the Demon King.
And finally, Toshiki Masuda is the voice of Cedric Jeanne Elmair, Irene’s former fianceé.
