This real-time strategy tower-defense title puts you in the role of the chief of the Minos Bureau of Crisis Control to head back out into a world overrun by a mysterious mutation, and bring back all of your escaped convicts to get them to, or force them to aid you in your quest to cure the world!
If a tower defense on mobile sounds like it’d be too similar to Arknights, you’re in luck because Path to Nowhere provides a fun alternative to that gameplay, with you having to deploy all of your units before the stage begins, and letting you freely move them around the field depending on how the stage evolves!
If you find the game to be in a language other than English, you can change your in-game voice and text language once you’ve gotten past the tutorial! Simply go to your player profile on the top left of the main menu, then tap on the hexagonal button in your profile to change your language!

Path to Nowhere has prepared a whole host of launch challenges and rewards to get players started!
First up are the pre-registration rewards. Since the game has exceeded all of its pre-registration milestones, players will receive a plethora of rewards to use in-game once they clear the Main story 1-4, which is presumably when the tutorial ends including 800 Hypercubes, 13 Arrest Warrants, a 3-Star attire for Hecate and loads of goodies like stamina and gift packs to give you a head start!
You can also sign in to pick up a free A-Class sinner, Luvia Raw and her Backstreet Overlord attire, as well as 13 more arrest warrants and 1300 hypercubes and more!
If you complete main story 1-5, you’ll also get the free S-Class Sinner Nox, along with a whole host of rewards like crime brands and warrants for completing story chapter missions!
▍Path to Nowhere Worldview
In Path to Nowhere, you take on the role of leader of the Minos Bureau of Crisis Control (MBCC). You are tasked with controlling and leading Sinners, dangerous convicts in a war against Mania, a mysterious mutation that causes people to lose their sanity and eventually become monsters. These prisoners, on the other hand, are also infected by the Mania but have instead gained incredible powers from it, meaning they’re the world’s only chance at salvation, or destruction if you fail to control them.
▍Path to Nowhere Gameplay
Path to Nowhere is a real-time tower defense game, with multiple characters of different sinner classes.
Place down units based on their skills, and strategies on the best ways to defeat your enemies by executing their powerful ultimate skills that fill up during battle. Unlike games like Arknights though, the game places a greater emphasis on tactics and preparation, with you deploying your units before the battle begins, and then having to deal with the enemy waves as they come down upon your finished placements!
The game also features an in-depth RPG upgrade system, that lets you upgrade your sinners to gain powerful new abilities and strengthen their skills. You can also interrogate and talk to your prisoners individually to learn more about their backstory, while also trying to rehabilitate them on this path of blood.
