Entergram released the opening video for the upcoming PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch ports of the romance visual novel Omoide Kakaete Ai ni Koi!!, which is scheduled for release on February 22 in Japan. A demo version of the visual novel is also available for both consoles.
Pre-orders for the Omoide Kakaete Ai ni Koi!! Nintendo Switch digital version are available now at Nintendo Store, at a price of JPY$7,410, with a special discount price of JPY$6,990 until February 21.
The visual novel is a romantic adventure in which all the heroines are childhood friends of the protagonist. The opening movie shows the heroines in their childhood and the present. Originally released by Hooksoft on September 24, 2021, for PC as an eroge, this Omoide Kakaete Ai ni Koi!! version is a port for all ages.

Spring, is the season of meeting and parting. It’s spring break, and Haruki Sakawa is about to enter the third grade of elementary school. His close group of friends includes Tomari Kuriyama, Iku Tokorozawa, and Chisato Sugou, who all live in the same neighborhood.
And two new girls just joined the group, Harunohara Yuuna, who lives in the next town over, and Nishitani Shizuru, who just moved into the neighborhood. Ironically, at the same time, Haruki had to move far away from home and was separated from his beloved friends.
And then, many years later, in the spring. Haruki’s father is transferred overseas, and Haruki decides to remain in Japan by himself as he prepares to take the university entrance exam. As a result, he ends up living in an apartment owned by a relative. The apartment is located in the same town where he parted ways with his dear friends.
Thus, the rails of fate between Haruki and the heroines overlap again. There was some concern as to whether they would accept him as they did in the past, but despite the long absence, everyone is happy to see him back and welcomes him warmly. But for Haruki, being surrounded by cute girls who have grown into beautiful women makes him feel more embarrassed than happy.
Looking back on the past through reminiscences, they get to know each other by filling in the blanks and moving from childhood friends to a more special relationship.

■ Tomari Kuriyama – CV: Yuuki Mihane (Rie Suegara)
She has the same age as the protagonist. They lived next door to each other, and are their first childhood friends. As a child, she was a crybaby, and Haruki took care of her. For her, this is an embarrassing memory, and as she grew up, she strongly felt that wanted to become someone who could support others.
She has been improving her overall housekeeping skills, starting by making her own favorite sweets. Her treasure is a hair clip that Haruki gave her when he was about to move out of her house.
■ Chisato Sugou – CV: Koyori Nanase (Miki Kohinata)
She is the oldest of the childhood friend group. Her naughty childhood is her black history, and due to that, she now plays the role of what boys think of as an ideal woman. She is not creating a character in order to be popular, but rather to be a better person.
She is cold toward boys who make a fuss over her surface image. However, because she is a playful girl at heart, she plays pranks on her childhood friends with the same old behaviors and words.
■ Iku Tokorozawa – CV: Kirika Waou (Mari Kirimura)
One year younger than Haruki, she is a childhood friend who looks up to him like an older brother. She used to be chubby and was often treated as a burden when playing with others. As part of his diet, she started to play volleyball, and while sacrificing her academic ability, she put her athleticism on full display and blossomed into a sports superhero.
Strongly influenced by the popular manga of the time, “Prince of the Valley”, she is now the prince character and is enthusiastically cheered on by the girls. On the other hand, she is as friendly as a puppy to Haruki, whom she adores like an older brother. She wants to be admired for the excellent proportions she now has.
■ Yuuna Harunohara – CV: Yuuka Nanakusa
A childhood friend who met and became friends with the protagonist just before he moved away as a child. They were rivals in a card game they were playing together at the time. When a male student was mean to Yuna over the game, Haruki saved her life, and she starts to see him as a hero. The experience of being mean to her has led to her current dislike of men.
She is currently known for her modest and elegant demeanor, her pretty appearance, and her singing voice, which is rumored to be very beautiful. Her reputation as “the angel of the choir club” has become a household name. When she meets Haruki again, she asks him for advice and relies on him for anything.
■ Shizuru Nishitani – CV: Sakura Hanazawa
She is the same age as Haruki but moved to the town just before he moved out. Shizuru had always been shy and had no friends, and the first friend she made after moving to the town was Haruki.
She remembers that favor and wants to be friends with the protagonist after their reunion, but her shyness is a problem, and she repeatedly shows it by being too brusque in her attitude.
