Frontier Works' "PROJECT SCARD" Gets TV Anime Adaptation for January 2021

GoHands x Frontier Works’ multimedia franchise “PROJECT SCARD” is confirmed to inspire a TV anime adaptation titled “Project Scard: Scar on the Praeter” (プレイタの傷) for January 2021.

The anime series will follow the events after the drama CD. The official website has revealed a PV featuring the theme song by the six main characters. Additional cast and staff of the anime are announced.

Synopsis

The story is set in the fictional “Akatsuki special ward” of Tokyo, formed as a “lawless” independent state after the Akatsuki rebellion overthrew the ward’s corporate masters. Maintaining order over the ward are three organizations — Helios, Artemis, and the Public Safety Bureau — who all employ agents known as “Scard.” These agents are marked with Divine Tattoos that grant them the power to turn away any bullet or blade, making them virtually invulnerable.
