Bushiroad’s “D4DJ” multimedia project announced that the legendary music producer Tetsuya Komuro is providing an original song for its unit Lynx Eyes. At Komuro’s peak as a record producer, the artists he predominantly produced included Namie Amuro, hitomi, TRF, Tomomi Kahara, and Ami Suzuki
The title of the song is “#ALL FRIENDS”, and it was unveiled for the first time at the outdoor live event “D4DJ D4 FES. -Be Happy- REMIX” held at Fuji-Q Highland Conifer Forest on May 29. The live event features the 6 units of “D4DJ” franchise, as well as singer Kotori Koiwai, Arisa Komiya, Raychell (left below), and Hinako Umemura (right below), with more than 110 songs on stage for over 4 hours.
▍Lynx Eyes
Lynx Eyes is a 2-member unit announced back in September 2020. It consists of Shano Himegami (CV: Raychell) and Touka Takao (CV: Hinako Umemura). The unit has also covered the pop song “EZ DO DANCE” and “ Love Again”, which is produced by Komuro. A music video for the original song “#ALL FRIENDS” will stream in July 2021.
