At today’s Ubisoft Showcase 2023, the company has revealed new details for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, giving fans a glimpse of its unique journey set in James Cameron’s Avatar universe. The action-adventure game is confirmed to release on December 7 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Ubisoft Store, and Luna.
The event also unveiled a World Premiere Trailer and an Overview Trailer showcasing the game’s original storyline and its action-packed game mechanics. Pre-orders open now and those who do so can get their hands on the exclusive Child of Two Worlds Pack, plus a little extra for PlayStation 5 users with the Aranahe Warrior Pack.
PlayStation 5 can also obtain a free Aranahe Warrior Pack, which contains a character cosmetic set and a weapon cosmetic set. This will allow players to don the traditional Na’vi gear from the Aranahe, a peaceful clan of weavers from the Kinglor Forest, who will guide players for their first flight. Players on other platforms can purchase the Aranahe Warrior Pack in the in-game store upon release.

In Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, players step into the shoes of the Na’vi, a native of the lush alien world of Pandora. Abducted and manipulated by the Resource Development Administration (RDA), a human militaristic corporation, trained to serve the RDA’s interests.
Fifteen years later, you are free and returned to your birthplace, only to find a stranger in your own land. Players will need to reconnect with lost heritage, learn what it truly means to be a Na’vi and join other clans to defend Pandora from the RDA’s exploitation.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora offers an immersive and perilous experience as players traverse the Western Frontier, a never-before-seen continent of Pandora. This beautifully-crafted yet unpredictable alien region keeps players on their toes at all times.
Harnessing the Na’vi’s exceptional strength and agility, players can customize their characters, craft gear, and upgrade skills and weapons to suit their playing style. Bonding with a banshee will enable players to travel across the expansive Western Frontier or engage in aerial combat against the RDA. Players can also master multiple combat styles, using traditional Na’vi weapons such as the bow and spear-thrower, or the more destructive human-trained weapons like the assault rifle and shotgun.
