The live-action movie of Hiroyuki Nishimori’s (西森博之) gag comedy manga “Kyō Kara Ore Wa!!” (今日から俺は!!) reveals a new movie poster and official trailer. It is set to open in Japan’s theatre on 17th July 2020.
The live-action TV drama first premiered on Nippon TV on 14th October 2018 and won huge popularity in Japan. The movie will be a sequel to the TV drama.

▍Synopsis
Two boys, Takashi Mitsuhashi and Shinji Itō meet each other at a salon. It turns out both boys are transferring to a new school and decide to take the opportunity to reinvent themselves. No longer will they be run off the mill high school students, they will become the biggest delinquents Japan has ever seen!

The film’s cast members are reprising their roles from the live-action series, starring Kento Kaku (賀来賢人) as Takashi Mitsuhashi (三橋貴志), Kentarō Ito (伊藤健太郎) as Shinji Itō (伊藤真司), Nana Seino (清野菜名) as Riko Akasaki (赤坂理子), and Kanna Hashimoto (橋本環奈)as Kyōko Hayakawa (早川京子), as the main protagonists.
Four new cast will be added to the live-action movie, including Yuki Izumisawa (泉澤祐希) as Satoru Morikawa (森川悟), Maika Yamamoto (山本舞香) as Ryōko Morikawa (森川涼子), Yuya Yagira (柳楽優弥) as Eiji Yanagi (柳鋭次), and Eishin (栄信) as Ōtake (大嶽).
Live-action “Gintama” director Yūichi Fukuda (福田雄一) is directing and writing the scripts for the series.
